Tracy Miller

Tracy is a wife, and the mother of two girls. Tracy and her husband Ben have been married for 25 years and live in Denton, Texas.
In 1966 Tracy’s parents left the safety of the United States and moved the family to Saigon, Vietnam where they served as missionaries. Tracy was just six months old when they took this bold step. From 1966 through 1973 her father, Jim Humphries pastored an English-speaking Christian church in Saigon where he provided spiritual support for service men and women on the front lines of the war. Tracy’s mother, Mary taught English to local Vietnamese women and assisted in various humanitarian efforts to support those trying to survive in a war-torn country. In 1973 conditions began to deteriorate and the Humphries family moved back to the US.

Tracy graduated from San Marcos High School and attended Southwest Texas State University where she earned a Bachelor of Music with a specialization in elementary and secondary education. She enjoyed teaching in the public school system for seven years until a friend recruited her into the sales and marketing field. During the housing boom Tracy worked as a sales and marketing manager for Ryland Homes and later took the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mattamy Homes.

After fourteen years in the home-building industry Tracy took a job as the Director of Business Development for Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton where she has worked for the past six years.

Tracy loves spending time with her family and traveling with them on missions trips around the world. Their main focus of these trips is to spread the good news of Christ and distribute Bibles. Theses mission trips have taken them to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Mexico and Peru. Tracy also participates in local mission efforts and she and a group of friends enjoy distributing basic supplies to the local homeless population.
